The project area for this site is estimated to be 1,217 acres. Work was initiated in late 2021 as a project supporting existing vegetated and wetland areas. Project design includes the use of water and vegetation combined with wind protection such as straw bales to help protect and facilitate plant growth and improve plant survival rates.
